What you'll do
It’s time to help Santa’s workshop… but with a fun twist for kids! Each team of young elves will build their own “mini Elf Express” racing vehicle from craft and office-style supplies, decorate it in festive style, and then race on the Elf Express Speedway track. This hands-on activity fosters creativity, problem-solving, teamwork and wholesome holiday fun.
How to play
Teams of 4-6 kids each compete.
The teams get the materials (cardboard, wheels, tape/glue, paints/markers, decorative items) from the central Elves Workshop
Building phase: Teams design and construct their “Elf Express” ride. It must be movable and decorated.
Race phase: After construction, teams race their ride on the Elf Express Speedway track.
Winning criteria: The vehicle that makes it furthest in one piece wins the title of “Santa’s Official Kids Transport” for the season.
Everyone ends with a group photo and celebration of their creations

Experienced facilitator/game-master guiding the activity.
The Elves workshop table with all the needed materials (cardboard, craft supplies, wheels, paints/markers, decorative items)
Race track set-up and festive props.
Optional: Prizes or certificates for all participants + special winner award.
What you'll need
Casual comfortable clothes (kids should be able to move freely and get a little messy).
Playful holiday spirit required!
Sufficient space per team: one table or workspace for building, plus adjacent track area.
