1. Scope of Summit Services
Summit Change Facilitators ("Summit") is a Private Company that plan corporate events and organize executive training seminars.
2. General Information
Summit events and activities are open to everyone. Everyone can participate, providing of good physical and mental health, fitness and willingness to co-operate with the rest of participants and follow the guide’s instructions. Despite, the compliance with the regulations, the use of appropriate equipment, and the use of the safest venues, indoor or outdoor group activities always involve a certain risk. Therefore participation in Summit events/ activities implies the acceptance of such risk. Summit, as the organising company, is obliged to provide the appropriate equipment, specialized guides-trainers and safe venues. Summit is responsible for the above only.
3. Individual Booking
For a valid booking “Participation form” must be filled out, accompanied by a deposit, equal to 40% of the participation fee, 30 days prior to event/ activity. The rest is paid out 10 days before the event. The fees should be deposited in Summit bank account, which automatically implies the depositor’s knowledge and acceptance of PARTICIPATION & BOOKING CONDITIONS.
4. Group Booking
In case of corporate or group booking for an event, the delegate of the group, takes the responsibility to acknowledge the rest of the participants and receive a written approval by them, for the following: a) The general conditions of participation b) Insurance conditions c) Particular conditions of each event (if any) The “Participation form” must be filled out by every member of the group; hence the delegate of the group accepts full responsibility. Deposit procedure as above mentioned (condition no2).
5. Cancellation Policy
If at any stage you decide to cancel your participation in an event/ activity:
a) Cancelling up to 20 days before the event, we reserve 50% of the deposit amount b) Cancelling up to 10 days before the event, we reserve the whole deposit amount c) In case of cancelling in less than 10 days before the event or in case of absence from the event we reserve the agreed event price, unless cancellation or absence is due to vis major, in which case condition 5b applies.
6. Events Alterations
Summit reserves the right to make a change or cancel the event, due to inclement weather, safety reasons, participants’ low physical level or any other factor beyond our control. Such changes will always be at the discretion of the group leader and Summit. In this case we will endeavour to offer an alternative event at the same time and inform you before hand. You are obliged to re-book ten days in advance, if the new program is acceptable. Otherwise, your money will be refunded in full and no further demands against Summit will be alleged.
7. Alterations on Behalf of Summit Guides-Trainers
All Summit guides-trainers are obliged to carry out all events in full, according to safety rules and activities regulations. Hence, Summit guides have the right to alter the undergoing event, to an alternative one. Participants cover the excess expenses. Moreover, a Summit guide retains the privilege to forbid someone to participate in a part or the whole program, if they find his/her behavior risky for himself/herself or/and other participants or lacks the appropriate preparation and/or equipment, without this being a reason for refund.
8. Alterations on Behalf of the Participants
Any change (date, destination, number of participants etc.) is regarded as a cancellation and complies with the conditions of condition 5.
9. Insurance
Everyone participating in any of Summit events-activities is covered by personal insurance through reliable insurance companies, for air-transfer and medical expenses. In case a participant is already covered by his insurance under better conditions for the chosen activities and is unwilling to be covered by Summit's insurance policy, he must notify in paper the above to Summit one day before the event (excluding weekends or holidays) the latest.
10. Modification of the Terms and Conditions
Summit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Summit Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.

The information that’s shared with us helps us to provide a great experience with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your personal information, in conjunction with your access to and use of the Summit Site. Summit allows you to view, copy and print the material published in Summit Site, on the condition that the material: (a) will be utilized for personal use only and not for commercial purposes, (b) is not changed or converted in any way whatsoever and (c) prominently displays all the copyright and proprietary marks in their original form. All the contents of Summit Site are copyright protected. Unless explicitly stated, no piece of information from Summit Site can be reproduced in any form or means, without the prior consent of Summit in writing. The visitors or users are forbidden to change, distribute, publish, transmit or create derivative products from any material in Summit Site, whether that is for public or commercial use.
4. Use of the Software
Any software made available to be downloaded Summit Site, is protected by copyright from Summit and its suppliers. Any use of the software is subject to the terms of the permission granted to the end user.
5. Trade Marks
Summit and all its products or the names of services, slogans and logos which refer to Summit Site, comprise the trade marks of Summit. Any other company, product or name of a service which refers to Summit Site is only used for the purposes of identification and may be the trade marks of their corresponding owners. The use of any Summit trade mark or that of third parties which is used in Summit Site is strictly forbidden, without the prior consent of Summit in writing or that of the third party, being the owner of the trade mark.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Although Summit has made every attempt to provide accurate information in Summit Site, some information contained therein may comprise of technical inaccuracies or printing errors. The contents of each document comprising Summit Site is believed to be current and accurate on the date of its publication. Summit is not liable for the accuracy of the information which is displayed in Summit Site. Summit may change the programs or products referred to therein at any time without prior notification. With regards to the current and completed documents, please contact Summit directly. Any reference to the products of other companies or services is made for information purposes only and is not an indication that Summit adopts or recommends using those products. Any information, software, products and services offered in Summit Site are provided "as is" with all errors and without Summit providing any guarantee, whether it be in writing or implied, legal or otherwise. Summit and its suppliers unconditionally deny all guarantees, whether they be in writing or implied, including those emanating from any dealings, use or commercial practice. 7. Information We Collect
We collect two types of information: (1) information that you choose to give us, and (2) information we automatically collect from your use of the Summit Site.
7.1. Information that you choose to give us. You may choose to provide us with personal information in order to obtain communication and marketing material through our newsletter. When you subscribe to our newsletter we require certain information such as a name and email address. If you choose to subscribe you opt in to send the entered information to be managed through our newsletter service (Mailchimp).
7.2. Information we automatically collect from your use of the Summit Site. When you use the Summit Site, we may automatically collect personal information about the services you use and how you use them. This information is necessary for the best performance of our webpages.
- Geo-location Information. When you use the Summit Site, we may collect information about your approximate location as determined through your anonymized IP address to offer you an improved user experience.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies, such as Pixels. We may collect certain information by automated means using technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, browser analysis tools, and mobile identifiers. We use cookies and other similar technologies when you use our platform in order to track user behavior, analyze the Summit Site performance and target ads. Summit has a policy of respecting and protecting the personal information of users who visit our Summit Site. This passage aims to inform you of the means with which we handle the personal information forwarded by you through the Summit Site. Although you have access to most of the Summit Site without submitting any personal information, there are some features which require that you provide such information, e.g. when you wish to subscribe to our newsletter. Our policy forbids us to disclose the information to third parties for commercial purposes. However, in the event that you request information on Summit products and services, we may forward this information to our associates and employees so that they may contact you in order to promote our products and services. Unfortunately, the security of any information submitted through the Internet cannot be guaranteed and therefore we cannot fully secure the information you submit to us.

Summit is not responsible or liable for the accuracy of such Third-Party Services, or the content, products, or services available from such Third-Party Services. 11. Areas which have Password Access
Access to and use of areas which have password restriction and/or secure areas of the Summit Site are restricted to approved users only.
12. Future Statements
Some of the information contained in the Summit Site may comprise of statements which refer to future events, the anticipated operation of products or anticipated release dates and other similar information. For reasons beyond the direct control of Summit, the actual events or outcomes may be drastically different. This difference may be attributable, among other things, to possible fluctuations in financial results, lightning technological changes and product development, highly competitive financial activity, confidence or third suppliers and hazards which are related to international events.
13. Law and Jurisdiction
Summit Site is controlled by Summit from its offices in Athens, Greece. All matters in relation to your access to or use of Summit Site are governed by Hellenic legislation. Any legal action or recourse in relation to the access to or use of Summit Site, will be referred to the courts of the Attica prefecture. You and Summit hereby agree to come under its jurisdiction and accept that as the means of hearing any similar legal action or petition. Summit does not state that the information contained in Summit Site is appropriate for use in other places. Those who choose to access Summit Site from other Sites do so upon their own initiative and are responsible for complying with the local laws in force. You cannot access, download, use or export the information, products or software services which are contained in Summit Site, violating Hellenic laws and provisions on exporting, or violating local laws and provisions currently in force.

2. Why Is Summit Using These Technologies And Specific Types
We use cookies, pixel tags and web beacons for different purposes, which also mean they have different legal bases. On Summit Site we are using two types of cookies and similar technologies, the (1) Strictly necessary cookies and the (2) Performance and marketing cookies.
2.1. Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are necessary for the Summit Site to function and can't be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions you have taken which result in a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, viewing a video or navigating the map. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of Summit Site may not work as a result.

- Local storage "consent" key: stores whether you have accepted Performance and marketing cookies
- Session storage scroll and "topTestimonial" keys: briefly stores scroll position and a clicked testimonial respectively to provide a smoother user experience navigating the Summit Site.
- Session Cookie "GeoIP": used to identify approximate location through IP, to serve wikimedia.org cached map tiles. This cookie is automatically deleted after the browser session ends.
- Session Cookie "_cfduid": Used to support Cloudflare's security features. Detects malicious visitors and minimizes blocking legitimate users. Collects and anonymizes IP addresses using an one-way hash so they cannot be personally identified. It does not allow for cross-site tracking, or to follow users from site to site by merging various _cfduid identifiers into a profile, or correspond to any user ID in Summit Site. It may be placed on devices to anonymously identify individual clients behind a shared IP address and apply security settings on a per-client basis.
- Cookie "NID": google may store an identification cookie to reference your settings when you use their services, for example by viewing an embedded youtube video.
2.2. Performance and marketing cookies. Performance cookies allow us to track user behavior, to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of Summit Site. They help us know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around Summit Site. All the information these cookies collect is aggregated and anonymous.
