Cozy-Juicy-Real isn’t just a game; it’s a journey towards building a more cohesive, understanding, and empowered team. Designed with the modern workplace in mind, this innovative game encourages team members to explore three crucial dimensions of interpersonal relationships!
What you'll do
- In teams of 4-6 people, participants use their own mobile phones, tablets, or laptops to engage with our online game platform. A WIFI or mobile connection is necessary to play.
The game resembles an online board game, where players' pawns/avatars move along a marked route to the finish line based on points earned by answering questions from three main decks of cards:
- Cozy: Establish a safe and supportive environment where every voice is heard. **- Juicy: **Dive into the heart of what makes your team tick, uncovering passions and shared interests. - Real: Forge authentic connections, embracing vulnerability and strengthening bonds.
A secondary batch of cards, acting as perks, encourages players to talk more about themselves, ask others to elaborate, issue challenges, or simply have fun.
