Rocking the Christmas tree
A joyful office energizer that celebrates Christmas in the office, warming up people's connections while highlighting the importance of teamwork!
What you'll do
We divide employees into teams from various departments, each led by a team leader chosen with HR’s help. Leaders are briefed in the "game headquarters" on their team members and mission tasks, and must quickly gather their teammates, explain the challenges, and race to complete their mission.
The tasks include fun office-based challenges like "Find & Fetch," "Personal Questions," "Xmas Construction," and more! At the end, the winning team receives a package of Christmas gifts to share (give-aways of lesser value, pre-arranged with you), celebrating with festive caroling, Christmas hats, and holiday cheer for all.
This event can be implemented alone or bundled with our “Crafted with Love - Santa’s workshops” depending on your time and budget.
