Rocking the Christmas tree
A joyful office energizer that celebrates Christmas in the office, warming up people's connections while highlighting the importance of teamwork!
What you'll do
We bring together employees from different departments and divide them into teams, each guided by a team leader selected in collaboration with HR.
These leaders are first briefed at the “Game Headquarters”, where they receive details about their team members (mix of different roles or departments) and mission objectives. From there, they must quickly locate their teammates, explain the challenges, and lead them on a fun, fast-paced race to complete their mission.
The challenges include lively, office-based activities such as “Find & Fetch,” “Personal Questions,” “Xmas Construction,” and many more festive surprises! At the end, the winning team is rewarded with a bundle of Christmas gifts to share — small, joyful giveaways pre-arranged with you — while everyone celebrates together with carols, Christmas hats, and plenty of holiday cheer.
This activity can be delivered as a stand-alone event or combined with our “Crafted with Love | Santa’s Workshops” for a complete festive experience, tailored to your available time and budget.
