What you'll do

Split into teams and participate in a series of athletic and fun activities, competing against other teams. These activities emphasize teamwork and participation, regardless of physical condition. Our experienced facilitators will track your performance, and the winning team will be awarded medals or olive branches (optional) in a ceremonial conclusion!

Activities Included:

  • Shot Put: Instead of a heavy iron ball, you will use a light Pilates ball. Paired with a co-player in a giant two-person t-shirt, you'll have only one right arm and one left arm to hold and throw the ball together!
  • Weight Lifting: Lowering this “weight bar” to the ground as a team is as challenging as breaking a world record!
  • Discus Throw: Use a hula hoop to throw towards poles held by teammates.
  • Javelin Throw: Throw training javelins as far as possible to earn points.
  • Hurdles Race: Pass three cups of water around a fun hurdles course without spilling any. Cups travel in one direction while people travel in the opposite direction!
  • Shooting (Ball Board): Aim sticky balls at a Velcro board to score as many points as possible.
  • Pankration (Backup): This modern team twist on the ancient fighting sport involves team members getting tangled together and racing to untangle as quickly as possible.
  • Tug o’ War (Backup): The classic game of strength and strategy—two teams pull on a rope until one drops!

May the best team win!
