What you'll do
Taking inspiration from totems, revered by ancient tribes for their gods, our team-building activity mirrors this hierarchical reverence. Teams rotate through activities focusing on individual and collective behaviors linked to corporate values. Each team of 8-12 members pieces together these behaviors to complete their value patchwork.
Ultimately, teams present their findings to the "tribe's leader" who awards them with a plaque representing the corresponding value. What's intriguing and revealing is the subsequent discussion: teams collectively decide where each value plaque should be positioned—lower, middle, or top—reflecting its importance in the corporate hierarchy.
