What you'll do

Participants are divided into tribes and rotate through a series of dynamic team trials designed to challenge communication, collaboration, creativity, trust and strategic thinking.

Each completed mission rewards teams with symbolic wooden animal pieces - such as the eagle, wolf, bear or horse - each representing different team qualities and organizational values.

But this is not only about winning challenges, it is about discovering:

  • how your team behaves under pressure,
  • how decisions are made,
  • how people collaborate,
  • what values truly guide the group in action.

A typical game flow looks like this:

  • Ice Breakers – 15–20 minute tribe warm-up & team activation
  • 4 Trial Fields – approximately 2 hours of team challenges & value missions
  • Totem Assembly – final symbolic Totem build & team reflection (15–20 mins)

At the grand finale, all teams come together to assemble the giant Values Totem, choosing how their earned symbols will be placed and what story they want their collective culture to tell.

The final result is more than a game outcome: it becomes a memorable symbol of unity, identity and shared purpose.
