Meet the Team

Often, during congresses, company, or team meetings, you find yourself among familiar faces without really knowing who they are or what roles they play in the organization. By the end of the meeting, you still have a vague idea about who is who. This session is designed to change that by introducing a series of focused group exercises that help participants get to know each other better, establish open communication, and build trust.

In teams of 8-12 people, each facilitated by one of our expert facilitators, participants engage in simple yet challenging activities that require little to no equipment. These exercises are designed to be physically and emotionally engaging, encouraging participants to step out of their comfort zones and explore their "growing edge." Each activity targets different aspects of team dynamics, including mutual respect, active listening, behavioral patterns, trust, and appreciation.

Expect statements like: "I am falling!! Are you there?", "I don't believe you can lift me up, I'm too heavy for that!!", and "It's not possible, I CAN'T DO this!" as part of the experience. These moments of realization and breakthrough help reinforce the idea that within a team, nothing is impossible.
