Pump it Up features simple group exercises designed to shake off sluggishness and boredom, boost motivation and fun, and highlight the importance of human interaction. Break the ice and get your team excited and pumped up for the activities ahead!
What you'll do
"Chained to You," "Squirrels," "Chicken Impulse," or "Sit on My Lap"—are activities as fun and uproarious as their names imply. Whether in teams of 8-12 or as a whole group, you'll follow the guidance of our expert facilitators for a hilarious and engaging experience.
Each activity is designed to quickly break the ice and foster camaraderie, making them ideal for starting or concluding any meeting or event. Use them to energize participants at the beginning, create a lively atmosphere, and shake off any stiffness. As a closing, they help dissolve tensions and celebrate team progress.
For the best experience, we recommend taking these activities outdoors. Breathe in the fresh air, bask in the sunlight, and enjoy a break from the routine of the meeting room.
