What you'll do
Step into the electrifying world of news production, where big-time rush, swearing, jokes, sarcasm, and irony create an explosive mix behind the bright spotlights of the TV screen—an experience the average spectator never sees! This is the most rewarding part of any major news success and the most cherished moments in the lives of professional journalists. It’s the central theme of this unique teambuilding event.
As you prepare for a live news bulletin, you’ll experience the thrill and stress of creating a seamless broadcast. Each team of 6-8 members will craft a 2 to 3-minute bulletin, complete with commercials and special reports.
During meal time or meeting breaks, all bulletins will be projected on the big screen and judged on participation, humor, and professionalism. The winning team will be awarded the prestigious Pulitzer Prize—disguised as a golden Oscar (apologies to Mr. Pulitzer)—followed by heartfelt thank-yous, emotional shout-outs, and photo ops in front of the Wall of Fame specially prepared for you.
