Master the fundamentals of effective communication through play and practice. This interactive workshop builds active listening, clarity, and empathy, helping teams overcome communication barriers, strengthen collaboration, and establish a shared language for everyday success.

What
A practical, interactive workshop that builds core communication awareness and skills. Participants will:
- Understand the basics of communication – process, principles, and common pitfalls
- Practice Active Listening and feedback through engaging team activities
- Recognize and manage communication barriers
- Explore non-verbal communication and its impact on message delivery
- Apply the 7 C’s of Communication (Clear, Complete, Concise, Concrete, Courteous, Correct, Coherent)
- Discover how neuroplasticity shapes their ability to learn and adapt new communication habits
- Develop clarity, empathy, and confidence in everyday conversations
- Build a foundation for deeper exploration in Summit’s advanced communication workshops

- Obstacle-course activity on listening, trust, and clarity under pressure
- Paired exercise on active listening and precision

Nikos Polidis is a Learning Experience Designer and Team Coach with a passion for creating meaningful, hands-on learning moments that actually stick. With a background in experiential learning, coaching, and communication, he helps teams connect, collaborate, and grow — playfully but with purpose.
At Summit, he designs and facilitates workshops and training programs that support leadership development, team alignment, and personal growth. Whether he's using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, storytelling, or dynamic group processes, Nikos knows how to turn complex challenges into engaging learning experiences.
He's certified in coaching, NLP, and facilitation, and brings a calm, grounded energy to every session — plus just the right amount of fun. He believes that learning should feel like play, and that true transformation happens when people feel safe, seen, and a little inspired.
