Live virtual training workshop designed to help remote teams improve essential communication skills by exploring both core communication principles and specific strategies for overcoming virtual-environment challenges, including barriers and best practices for online meetings.
Delivered in two 3-hour sessions with interactive activities, participants learn practical tips and frameworks to communicate more clearly, confidently, and effectively with colleagues in distributed work settings.

Virtual communication has clearly many advantages including increased productivity, reduced business costs and a better work/life balance for your working teams.
Obviously, a large number of organizations start or are already working remotely, so the need for effective virtual communication skills has become increasingly evident. According to 2016 Gallup data, 43% of workers spend at least some time working in a different location than their coworkers and a whopping 31% spend between 80-100% of their time working remotely.
However, virtual communication also entails numerous challenges and obstacles which are often neglected in light of the benefits.

The workshop is held live through e-platform. We utilize the features of the platform and we deliver the workshop as “live” as possible. All topics are discussed in combination with virtual activities which help participants to accumulate faster new knowledge and insights on the topic, able to faster connect the new learning into their daily reality since all the training is virtually delivered.
