Cook Eat
Working together to prepare your lunch or dinner is probably the essence of team working: the right ingredients, the right way @ the right time, by the right people. Rings any business bells? cooking
What you'll do
No need for expensive kitchens or a professional chef. Rely on your team's talents, coordinate the process, and ensure all teams stay on schedule to have starters, salads, and main dishes ready on time.
Before entering the "kitchen," boost your team dynamics and coordination through our optional Chefs Bootcamp. In groups of 8-12, engage in fun activities designed to enhance teamwork and earn pieces of the recipe booklet you'll need.
Next, in smaller teams of 5-8, use the provided raw materials and kitchen utensils to prepare your lunch menu. Examples include:
- Mesclun salad with beetroot ravioli, goat cheese mousse, and balsamic cream
- Mixed salad with cherry tomatoes, prosciutto, mozzarella, and herbs
- Shrimp and scallop risotto
- Mushroom variety soup with truffle oil
- Chicken bourguignon
- Pork tenderloin sautéed with caramelized walnuts and dried fruit sauce
Despite the short prep time and coordination challenge, the results are always impressive. You'll serve and dine on dishes you prepared, with only cutlery, bread, and desserts/fruits provided by the venue.
Let's toast to our successful cooking!
