Spetses, an island boasting a long naval tradition, is famous for its significant contribution to the 1821 War of Independence. The island has managed to retain its individual traditional character thanks to its well-preserved grand captain mansions, still bearing eloquent witness to the island’s glorious past.
What you'll do
The picturesque old harbor and Dápia, a tourist and commercial center where the heart of the island’s entertainment beats, are the trademarks of the town of Spetses.
Using the digital map on Summit tablets or your own smartphone, in teams of 4-6 people, embark on a fun walking tour through the citadel of Spetses, visiting sites marked on the map that are rich in cultural and historical significance.
Each pin on the map reveals a question, puzzle, or team task. By completing tasks on time or correctly answering location-specific questions, teams gain valuable historical or cultural insights and earn points for the game leaderboard. All tasks are interactive, involving either the surrounding environment or teamwork with your teammates.
When game time is up, the team with the highest score will be awarded a box of "Amygdalota" to share!
