Trust is the cornerstone of high-performing teams, and the first to suffer when communication, expectations, or behavior fall short. This hands-on workshop combines the power of the Herrmann Whole Brain® Thinking Model with dynamic trust-building experiences to help individuals and teams think better together, collaborate with empathy, and take meaningful steps toward lasting trust.

Τhink Smarter. Connect Better. Build Trust that Lasts and Thrive Together. Trust is the outcome, but the real gain is a smarter, stronger, and more aligned way of working.

Why

Trust is not just a value, it’s a performance driver. This workshop helps participants:

  • Understand and navigate diverse thinking styles for better collaboration
  • Build awareness of trust-breaking behaviors - and how to shift them
  • Strengthen communication, empathy, and psychological safety
  • Develop practical skills to address misunderstandings and rebuild trust
  • Improve relationships, team dynamics, and overall work culture

What

This workshop isn’t just about trust; it’s a Whole Brain® Thinking journey.

Through exploration, reflection, and shared experiences, participants learn to think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and connect more meaningfully. This practical, hands-on workshop helps individuals and teams unlock the mechanisms of trust, guided by the Whole Brain® Thinking Model.

Participants explore:

  • Trust Fundamentals: What trust means, how it’s built and broken
  • Whole Brain® Thinking in Action: Understand and apply the Whole Brain® Model to improve communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making across all areas of work.
  • The Trust Ladder: Seven key behaviors that shape personal and professional trust
  • Whole Brain® Trust Dynamics: How thinking styles affect the way we build and interpret trust
  • Trust or Bust: Scenario-based team challenge to solve complex trust issues
  • Trust Charge-up: A reflective tool to evaluate trust levels in key relationships
  • Recognition & Appreciation: team-based activity celebrating trust in action

How

This is not a lecture. It’s a Whole Brain® experience:

  • Designed using Whole Brain® methodology for balanced learning and engagement
  • Interactive, with rich discussions, hands-on activities, and real-time tools
  • Playful, with energizing games, visual tools, and creative exercises
  • Reflective, with personalized insights, team-based evaluations, and action planning
  • Flexible, with two formats: for intact teams or mixed groups

Every element -from models to metaphors- is carefully selected to create both impact and enjoyment.

Who

This workshop is ideal for professionals and teams who want to strengthen collaboration, build trust, and boost their effectiveness - both individually and collectively. It is especially beneficial for:

  • Teams and leaders who want to strengthen collaboration, boost performance, and enhance trust across functions and roles.
