You will understand, in an easy and memorable way, the fundamental differences between the Mindset & Behaviors of a Manager and those of a Leader. You will also understand the value, which each of the two brings to the organization. Finally, you will get a self-reflection tool to help you identify areas, which you may choose to develop as a Leader or a Manager.

  • Receive a self-reflection tool to help you position yourself on the Manager-Leader continuum, to figure out which leader qualities you want to prioritize and to get you started on your Leadership Development journey
  • Realize that Leadership skills have to be cultivated and cannot be acquired at the press of a button
