LEGO® Serious Play® within our GrowPlay® Training uses hands-on, facilitator-guided activities to surface insights, strengthen communication and problem-solving, and drive meaningful, lasting team transformation.
This experiential workshop combines the power of LEGO® Serious Play® with team strategy alignment. Participants visualize goals, explore team dynamics, and co-create a shared direction.
Through play, reflection, and structured facilitation, they turn ideas into strategic clarity and collective action.

How
This workshop follows the official LEGO® Serious Play® 4-Step Core Process, designed for deep insight and collective alignment:
- Pose the Challenge – Participants respond to a focused strategic or team-related question.
- Build – Each person constructs a LEGO® model representing their perspective or solution.
- Share – Every participant explains their model’s meaning; all voices are heard equally.
- Reflect & Connect – Together, the group identifies shared patterns, insights, and actions.
Depending on team size and goals, the session may include:
- “Team Landscape” building for mapping relationships and interdependencies
- “Shared Vision” construction for future direction and values alignment
- “Obstacles & Enablers” analysis for strategic decision-making
- Commitment wall for agreed next steps and accountability

Nikos Polidis is a Learning Experience Designer and Team Coach with a passion for creating meaningful, hands-on learning moments that actually stick. With a background in experiential learning, coaching, and communication, he helps teams connect, collaborate, and grow — playfully but with purpose.
At Summit, he designs and facilitates workshops and training programs that support leadership development, team alignment, and personal growth. Whether he's using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, storytelling, or dynamic group processes, Nikos knows how to turn complex challenges into engaging learning experiences.
He's certified in coaching, NLP, and facilitation, and brings a calm, grounded energy to every session — plus just the right amount of fun. He believes that learning should feel like play, and that true transformation happens when people feel safe, seen, and a little inspired.
