Whole Brain® Methodology
Whole Brain® Thinking and the HBDI® provide a research-backed framework and assessment to understand thinking preferences, and strengthen communication, collaboration, and decision-making.

AI is here to stay. But are you using it just to get by, or to grow smarter?

This workshop helps participants build confidence and clarity in an AI-powered world, using the Whole Brain® model as a compass for smart, human-centered adaptation. Through reflection, interaction, and strategy-building, participants walk away with an actionable framework and mindset for thriving alongside AI.

Why

Because AI doesn’t just challenge your skills. It challenges how you think.

This workshop helps participants:

  • Identify how their cognitive strengths shape AI use
  • Avoid mindless over-delegation to tech
  • Make smarter decisions about what to keep human, what to enhance, and what to automate
  • Foster a mindset of intelligent adaptation and lifelong learning Because the best use of AI is one that fits your brain - not fights it.

What

This workshop explores three key areas of intelligent AI adaptation:

  1. Whole Brain® Thinking and your relationship with AI: Recognizing your cognitive preferences and their influence on tech use

  2. The Humanize – Delegate – Collaborate decision model: Learning to map real work tasks across thinking quadrants and match them with AI strategies

  3. Comfort vs. Growth strategy building: Applying your preferences to design a strategy that leverages AI for development, not just convenience

How

This 4-hour workshop includes:

  • A foundational introduction to Whole Brain® Thinking
  • Balloon activity or quadrant walkaround to identify thinking preferences
  • “3-Choice Rule” for AI: Humanize, Delegate, Collaborate
  • Group mapping of real work functions (e.g., writing, analysis, planning) to the AI interaction model
  • Contrast and reflection: Comfort vs. Growth strategies for each quadrant
  • Implementation tool: Participants map their real-world tasks to the Humanize–Delegate–Collaborate model and define their comfort vs. growth strategies
  • Optional HBDI® profile to create a personalized adaptation map

Note: The HBDI® assessment is optional but highly recommended for teams or individuals integrating AI into long-term learning or innovation efforts.

Who

This session is for:

  • Professionals looking to adapt and grow with AI
  • Leaders shaping AI-readiness within their teams
  • L&D, HR, and change agents designing upskilling pathways

No tech background required. Designed to be fun, strategic, and human-centric.
