Alignment isn’t magic, it’s mindset.

This workshop is a focused, energizing experience that reshapes how teams think, collaborate, and perform. Using the Whole Brain® model and HBDI® Team Profile, it reveals your team’s cognitive strengths to drive better decisions, stronger trust, and real results.

Whether you’re starting fresh or refining what’s already there, this workshop moves your team forward.

  • Team Challenges, Simulations & Real Talk: Go beyond theory with energizing activities and honest dialogue that reveal how your team really works
  • Frameworks That Stick: Use powerful, practical tools like the Pyramid of the Effective Team, Tuckman’s Stages, and the “10 Commandments of the Team”
  • Shared Agreements and Action Plan: Leave with a practical, visible commitment plan based on Whole Brain® insights and your team’s goals
