What you'll do
In this engaging team game, 4-6 players per team compete around seminar tables using a central board, three card decks, pawns, and dice. Teams answer questions to advance their pawns, with each team assigning a leader and an accountant to manage cards and scores.
Card decks include:
- Values in Action: Multiple-choice questions on applying company values in daily business.
- Strategy Fit: Adapt your behavior to various scenarios.
- Back on the Job: Dice rolls determine your points.
Summit referees ensure fair play. The team that advances the furthest wins, providing a deep dive into knowledge, teamwork, and goal achievement, while offering valuable insights into employees' grasp of company values for managers and executives.
