Teams are divided into two distinct groups:
Morenians and Consultants, representing two completely different cultures and ways of thinking. Participants are challenged to meet, negotiate, and collaborate despite their contrasting beliefs, customs, and communication styles.
- Morenians are members of a mysterious tribe with unique traditions, symbolic language, and unconventional social behavior. Their way of interaction is emotional, ritualistic, and unfamiliar to outsiders.
- Consultants represent a modern business culture focused on logic, structure, and performance. They approach communication with directness, efficiency, and goal-oriented thinking.
