Acropolis | Sacred Rock Mystery
The long-held secret of the hiding place of goddess Athena's ivory-gold statue jewels is concealed on the sacred rock of Athens. As archaeologist-explorers, your mission is to help the Acropolis curators decipher a piece of written history revealing the exact location.
What you'll do
The quest begins at the entrance of the Acropolis site, where participants are briefed and divided into teams of 4-6 people. Each team is equipped with a set of riddles or a mobile device (your own smartphone or Summit' s tablet) with our digital app:
- Your objective: Locate the designated spots and determine the correct answers to the riddles. If correct, you will collect contemporary letters corresponding to the Linear B alphabet, the script in which the clues are written. Correct answers earn points and letters to help decipher the ancient text at the end of the game.
- Final Challenge: In the last 10-15 minutes, teams will gather at a designated spot or the entrance to decode the text and win the grand prize—an ancient coin replica for each member of the winning team!
