"People don't resist change. They resist being changed." – Peter Senge

Why

Change is inevitable, but successful leadership in times of change is a choice.

Do you feel equipped to guide your team through uncertainty? Do you have the clarity, confidence, and resilience needed to lead transformation instead of merely reacting to it? Much like an experienced mountaineer, a great leader doesn’t just conquer change—they navigate it with intention. The ability to adapt, inspire, and create momentum determines whether change becomes an opportunity for growth or an obstacle to progress.

This highly interactive session provides the tools, strategies, and mindset shifts to help leaders navigate uncertainty, build resilience, and lead change with confidence and clarity.

What

During this full-day training, participants will:

Part One: Finding Your Compass

  • Develop self-awareness and accountability as guiding principles for leading change.
  • Understand the fundamental process of change leadership and how to navigate uncertainty with clarity.
  • Identify the importance of purpose as the true north that keeps teams aligned and motivated during change.

Part Two: Climbing the Mountain

  • Build resilience and energy management strategies to sustain leadership during long-term transformation.
  • Master practical communication techniques to lead with confidence through change.
  • Strengthen change agility and adaptability, enabling leaders to overcome resistance and drive progress.
  • Develop a sustainable action plan, ensuring long-term success in leading change within teams and organisations.

How

This workshop blends theory with hands-on experience, incorporating real business challenges, and interactive activities to create a transformational learning journey. With the help of professional actors, role plays are presented and debriefed utilising coaching, maximising the impact of experiential learning.

  • Step 1: Finding Your Compass – Participants will explore core change leadership principles, uncover their personal leadership compass, and develop clarity of purpose through interactive self-awareness exercises.
  • Step 2: Climbing the Mountain – Through scenario-based learning, actor role-play exercises, and live coaching, participants will apply communication, resilience, and adaptability strategies to real-world leadership challenges.
  • Step 3: Reaching the Summit – Participants will design their personal change leadership roadmap, equipping themselves with long-term strategies to sustain change efforts beyond the session.
